The CNA performs basic patient care activities under the direction of a licensed nurse, collects data, assists patients with activities of daily living and documents patients records.

QUAIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMEMNTS

Requires knowledge of patient care, knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span of patients served. high school plus vocational training as a CNA, on the job training and competency verification.. Must be able to adapt to the policies and procedure's of each facility assigned Must have OSHA, JCAHO training prior to being assigned.
